Turkish Airlines has been very bad at communicating, not a surprise, its Covid-19 related MilesS&miles policies such as the extension of status and miles.
A LoyaltyLobby reader just sent out a message that the miles on their accounts had been extended through the end of 2021 without any communication from the airline.

Why is it so difficult for airlines in this region to communicate their miles and status extension policies? It must have something to do with the culture and how issues are dealt with.
