Gold and Diamond members save 25%, while base and Silver members get 10% off. In addition, non-staying members get onetime 500 bonus points for F&B spend of greater than $25.

Guests staying at a hotel can charge the F&B expenses to their folios. You can get the F&B discount and some points even if not staying or your rate is ineligible for points. Honors members get a 500 onetime bonus for a minimum of 25 USD spend.

Conclusion
Many hotel programs offer dining discounts for their members in Asia-Pacific or have paid dining clubs that come with 50% off coupons and stay benefits.
Let’s see if Hilton makes this Honors member F&B discount permanent in Asia-Pacific, as Marriott has already had for a while.

This ‘Like A Member’ offer is available only to Hilton Honors Members ordering food and drinks at participating owned and managed restaurants and bars (“Outlets”) in hotels and resorts in Asia Pacific.
