Conclusion
An excellent sale for stays in Japan for those already in the country, as tourism arrivals are not allowed for the foreseeable future.
I also like that although this rate plan is prepaid, you can cancel it without a fee for up to three days before arrival.
Here are the terms and conditions of this offer:
1. The “ASIA SPECIAL OFFER – BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE” includes a 30% accommodation discount on the fully “flexible unrestricted rate – room only” at the time of booking for the dates requested upon booking in participating hotels excluding taxes and additional expenditure.

3. At booking, if the “ASIA SPECIAL OFFER – BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE ” rate is not available for the dates requested, another public rate will automatically be proposed on the rate screen. Rates are per night, in a single or double room. Exchange rates are supplied for information only and are not contractual. The exchange rate will not be confirmed until booking (if payment is made in a currency other than the one used by the hotel, exchange rate fees may be applied).
4. It is subject to availability on the chosen date in the hotel selected. It excludes black-out dates set by participating hotels. Offer only available in respect of a limited number of rooms at participating hotels.
5. Stays booked via a reseller, tour operator or third-party online travel agent are not eligible for ALL Reward points.
6. Double Status points and Status nights are earned with eligible stays at participating hotels only until 31 Dec 2021.
7. Booking with points is available for members.
8. 100% of the reservation must be paid at the time of booking. The reservation is 100% refundable if cancelled no less than 3 days prior to arrival.
9. The offer cannot be combined with packages or other promotions.
10. Accor Plus members are entitled to an additional 10% discount on accommodation. To avail of the offer, these members must make their booking on the dedicated Accor Plus rate name “ Asia Tactical Offer”.
