Conclusion

I am not a huge fan of paying even a one-night penalty at this point. You can, however, book this rate, when available, up to three days before it is intended to begin. Just be careful with the deposits and cancellations if your plans change.

Here are the terms and conditions of this sale:

Welcome to the terms and conditions, a.k.a. “small print,” where we are obliged to let you know that this offer is subject to availability.  Offer must be booked by December 31, 2021. All stays must be completed by December 31, 2021. Booking requires non-refundable, full pre-payment for one night of the stay at the time of booking. 3 day advance purchase and three night minimum stay required. If you need more flexibility, IHG does have rates that are more flexible and as an IHG Rewards Club Member you will still save, although this promotion has a steeper discount. The world being the way it is, additional taxes and fees may apply. Cancelation within one day of arrival results in charge of the full stay.  Discount may vary by hotel. Blackout dates vary by participating hotel and rooms are subject to availability. Not valid in conjunction with any other promotions or offers. Not valid for discounted or negotiated rates, groups or existing reservations. Finally, Kimpton Hotels reserves the right to cancel reservations booked with erroneous room rates.
