Hilton continued to promote Honors Dream Away / Honors Travel and Save rate plans on its website without any booking or stay deadlines.
We were in touch with Hilton to find out that the Dream Away appears to have expired in all markets, but the Honors Travel and Save is valid in select markets in Latin America and the Caribbean through the end of 2021 if booked by September 30.

The rate is widely available in Latin America, and some availability exists too in Canada. The rate plan should not be available for stays in the United States.
Conclusion
I guess that Hilton is in the process of withdrawing this rate but is still available in select markets through the end of the year.
Undoubtedly, there will be other sales available in due course in cities and markets where this one is not available.
