The other day, I decided to start the Phuket Sandbox Certificate of Entry (COE) application process that I wrote about yesterday.
I already booked the flights in July and decided to do the prequalification yesterday that required the vaccination and insurance information (read more here). The approval shortly came yesterday afternoon after I had published the piece.

2. Get the SHABA documents from the two hotels that I have booked (they need to charge the stays)
3. Then, I can pay and book the Covid-19 PCR-RT swabs

The COE preapproval came within a day even when there was a question if they would approve the vaccination proof because both jabs were not yet recorded on the EU Digital Covid Certificate (I had a printout from both jabs).
I have already contacted the hotels and requested them to charge the credit card on file and issue the SHABA I need for the next step.
It seems that I may have everything wrapped up by early next week. I hope that the situation won’t worsen in Phuket.
