Cathay Pacific has today reopened its The Wing First and Business class lounges at the Hong Kong International Airport. Both will be open daily from 5:30 AM until the last departure.
The Wing First Class lounge is used for all Hong Kong originating passengers, while the Business Class one is used for transit passengers. It is unclear if there is any differentiation between the two or a different area within each based on passenger ticketed cabin (business/first) or status (Sapphire/Emerald).
You can access Cathay’s page for lounge information here.
The airline yesterday announced that it would permanently close The Bridge. The other lounges except the Wing are temporarily suspended their operations:
We have temporarily closed three of our lounges at Hong Kong International Airport: The Deck (Gate 6), The Pier, First (Gate 63) and The Pier, Business (Gate 65).
The Wing – First
We welcome eligible passengers starting their journey from Hong Kong. If you are transiting through Hong Kong, please visit The Wing, Business.

Conclusion
It is unclear if both the First and Business class sides of the Wing provide the same service or are differentiated per the ticketed cabin (business/first) or status (Sapphire/Emerald).
I visited the Wing First Class side most recently in March last year when I was on my way to Japan for Sakura. It was tranquil back then, with prepackaged food and some beverage options.
It would be interesting to see how they currently handle it.
