Conclusion
Those that fly to the East from Europe should choose one of the Middle Eastern or Asian airlines if they are after service and entertainment, as you don’t find any on pretty much all European airlines.
Unfortunately, the Lufthansa has decided to drop complimentary adult beverages from economy class passengers, and snacks too will be available only for cash.
Not sure how Lufthansa can make this change legally, as those buying their tickets today can still expect to receive alcoholic beverages free of charge in the economy. This is essentially a breach of contract.
