MilleMiglia, the frequent flier program of now-defunct Alitalia, still tries to trade without an airline tie-up and miserable redemption options.
The program did an email blast to the program membership on Friday, letting us know that it has been extended through January 31, 2023.

I guess that the real question regarding MilleMiglia is, does anyone even care at this point?
ITA Airways, the “new” airline (former Alitalia in reality), has moved on and launched another frequent flier program that should be integrated into SkyTeam sometime in the second quarter.
You have to bear in mind that the EU didn’t allow ITA to buy MilleMiglia due to Italy’s government investment in it (and numerous times to the always money-losing Alitalia).
The program has now been renewed until January 31, 2023. Let’s hope that they pull the plug at that time and delete all the customer data.
