Accor ALL Australia Dream Stay Giveaway June 3 – September 2, 2022

Accor has launched a draw to get its loyalty program members in Australia to book travel to Southeast Asia, South Korea, Japan, and The Maldives.

Accor has four prizes for its ALL members who come with a hotel stay and flights from Australia.

Note that the ALL member must have their address in Australia to be eligible for this offer, and the drawing eligible stays must take place in Southeast Asia, South Korea, Japan, and The Maldives.

Members must reserve during a specific time frame to be eligible for the draw:

  • 3 June – 2 September 2022: 6-night grand-prize trip to the Maldives
  • 3 June – 2 July 2022: 3 nights in Phuket
  • 3 July – 2 August 2022: 3 nights in Singapore
  • 3 August – 2 September 2022: 3 nights in Bali

Conclusion

These Accor draws are something worth registering (if registration is required), and then hope for the best. However, I wouldn’t book additional stays in the hope of winning something.

Terms & Conditions

Information on how to enter the Promotion forms part of these terms and conditions. Entries not made in accordance with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.

Section 1: Promotion

1. Promotion: Be a current Accor Live Limitless (‘ALL’) loyalty programme member or become a member prior to making a booking at a Participating Hotel ; register for the Promotion, then book and stay (such stay to be completed by 30 September 2022), at a Participating Hotel to be entered in the applicable draw based on the booking date i.e.  Draw 1, or Draw 2, or Draw 3, and Grand Prize Draw. Where “Participating Hotels” means all hotels participating in ALL in South East Asia, Japan & South Korea.

2. The Promoter is AAPC Limited (ABN 87 009 175 820) of Level 30, Angel Place, 123 Pitt Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000.

3. Promotion Period: The Promotion Period will commence at 12.01am (AEST) on 3 June 2022 and will close at 11.59pm (AEST) on 30 September 2022. The Entry Period will commence at 12.01am (AEST) on 3 June 2022 and will close at 11.59pm (AEST) on 2 September 2022. All times recorded throughout these terms and conditions are in Australian Eastern Standard Time.

Section 2: Eligibility

4. Eligibility: To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, the participant must during the Promotion Period:

  1. be a resident in Australia above 18 years of age; and
  2. be a current Accor Live Limitless loyalty Programme Member (‘ALL’) or become a member prior to making their booking; and
  3. register for entry in the Promotion and book a stay on an ALL eligible rate by 2 September 2022 ( stay must be completed by 30 September 2022) via ALL.com, or https://all.accor.com/loyalty-program/promotions-offers/contest/owm014936-001-asia-dream-stay.en.shtml. All other booking channels will not be eligible for this promotion

(‘Eligible Entrant’)

Non-eligibility: Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, its agencies and companies associated with this Promotion, are not eligible to enter.

Entrants are not eligible to enter the Promotion or win any Prize if they are a director or manager, an employee or immediate family member of an employee of the Promoter, or an employee of their agencies associated with the Promotion.

Section 3: Entry to the Promotion

5. To enter the Promotion, Eligible Entrants must:

  1. be a resident in Australia above 18 years of age; and
  2. be a current Accor Live Limitless loyalty Programme Member (‘ALL’) or become a member prior to making their booking; and
  3. register for entry in the Promotion and book a stay on an ALL eligible rate by 2 September 2022 (stay must be completed by 30 September 2022) via ALL.com, or https://all.accor.com/loyalty-program/promotions-offers/contest/owm014936-001-asia-dream-stay.en.shtml. All other booking channels will not be eligible for this promotion; and
  4. book in the name of the registered ALL member at a Participating Hotel between;

• 3 June 2022 and 2 July 2022 (both dates inclusive) to be entered in Draw 1; or
• 3 July 2022 and 2 August 2022 (both dates inclusive) to be entered in Draw 2; or
• 3 August 2022 and 2 September 2022 (both dates inclusive) to be entered in Draw 3; and
• All eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered in the Grand Prize Draw

Eligible Entrants are permitted a maximum of one (1) entry in aggregate in respect of Draws 1, 2 & 3, and up to a maximum of one (1) entry in the Grand Prize Draw i.e. a maximum of one (1) entry per Eligible Entrant will be permitted, no matter the number of eligible stays by an entrant during the Promotion Period.

Section 4: Draws

6. Draws: There will be four (4) draws in this Promotion. A representative of the Promoter will conduct the four (4) computerised random draws at 2.00pm (AEST) on 25 October 2022 at MDSA, Level 17, 40 Mount Street, North Sydney NSW 2060. The draws will be conducted from all eligible entries booked on the following dates;

Draw 1:  Eligible Entrants who book a qualifying stay from 3 June 2022 to 2 July 2022 will be entered in Draw 1

Draw 2:  Eligible Entrants who book a qualifying stay from 3 July 2022 to 2 August 2022 will be entered in Draw 2

Draw 3: Eligible Entrants who book a qualifying stay from 3 August 2022 to 2 September 2022 will be entered in Draw 3

Grand Prize Draw: All Eligible Entrants who book a qualifying stay during the Promotion Period will be entered in the Grand Prize Draw

The Prize Winners will be selected at random from a computer-generated listing of eligible entries that comply with Section 2 and 3 of these terms and conditions over the Promotion Period.

7. Prize Winners: The Prizes described below in Section 5 will be awarded to the first Eligible Entrant drawn in the applicable draw, as described in Section 6. If a winner is unable to accept the Prize in its entirety, the Prize will be forfeited and another winner will be drawn.

Section 5: Prize

8. Prize Components & Conditions:

There are four (4) prizes to be awarded in this Promotion (“Prizes”), each consisting of the following:

Draw 1: Pullman Phuket Arcadia Prize

The first eligible entry drawn will receive:

  • 3 nights stay for two (2) people, eighteen (18) years of age and over, at Pullman Phuket Arcadia (Thailand) (in one (1) standard room); and
  • Two (2) return Economy class flight tickets for two (2) people from the Prize Winner’s nearest capital city of their residence to Phuket, Thailand (flight associated taxes are included).

Costs incurred for any domestic flights and/or transfers required shall be borne by the Prize Winner.

The 3 night stay shall compromise only of room nights and daily breakfast. It shall not include, airport transfers, transportation, minibar items, laundry, room service and any other hotel services.

The Draw 1 prize has a maximum notional value of AU$7,000 (US$5,000).

Draw 2: Swissotel Singapore The Stamford Prize

The first eligible entry drawn will receive:

  • 3 nights stay for two (2) people eighteen (18) years of age and over at the Swissotel Singapore (in one (1) standard room); and
  • Two (2) return Economy class flight tickets for two (2) people from the Prize Winner’s nearest capital city of their residence to Singapore (flight associated taxes are included).

Costs incurred for any domestic flights and/or transfers required shall be borne by the Prize Winner.

The 3 night stay shall compromise only of room nights and daily breakfast. It shall not include, airport transfers, transportation, minibar items, laundry, room service and any other hotel services.

The Draw 2 prize has a maximum notional value of AU$7,000 (US$5,000).

Draw 3: Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Prize

The first eligible entry drawn will receive:

  • 3 nights stay for two (2) people eighteen (18) years of age and over at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua, Bali Indonesia (in one (1) standard room); and
  • Two (2) return Economy class flight tickets for two (2) people from the Prize Winner’s nearest capital city of their residence to Bali, Indonesia (flight associated taxes are included).

Costs incurred for any domestic flights and/or transfers required shall be borne by the Prize Winner.

The 3 night stay shall compromise only of room nights and daily breakfast. It shall not include, airport transfers, transportation, minibar items, laundry, room service and any other hotel services.

The Draw 3 prize has a maximum notional value of AU$7,000 (US$5,000).

Grand Prize Draw: Fairmont Maldives Grand Prize

The first eligible entry drawn will receive:

  • 6 nights stay for two (2) people eighteen (18) years of age and over at Fairmont Maldives (in one (1) standard room); and
  • Two (2) return Economy class flight tickets for two (2) people from the Prize Winner’s nearest capital city of their residence to the Maldives (flight associated taxes are included).

Costs incurred for any domestic flights and/or transfers required shall be borne by the Prize Winner.

The 6 night stay shall compromise only of room nights and daily breakfast. It shall not include, minibar items, laundry, room service and any other hotel services.

The Grand Prize Draw prize has a maximum notional value of AU$21,000 (US$15,000).

Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash or any sort of gift. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of at least an equivalent value. Except for components of the Prizes as described above, all other costs incurred shall be the responsibility of the Prize Winners. The Promoter shall not bear any other costs.

9. The total notional value of all the Prizes to be won in the Promotion is AU$42,000 (US$30,000). Prize values are accurate as at 16 May 2022.

10. General Prize Conditions: Each Prize is subject to the following conditions:

  1. No exchange of Prize: The Prize can be transferred to a person 18 years or over at the absolute discretion of the Promoter. However, it cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. If for any reason, the Prize Winner cannot take any component of the Prize and he/she does not wish to transfer the Prize, then the Prize will be forfeited;
  2. Taxes: If the Prize or receipt incurs a tax liability, the Prize Winner is liable for payment of such tax;
  3. Prize Validity: The Prize is valid from 25 October 2022 to 31 July 2023 (excluding blackout dates and Public holidays).

11. If the Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to state regulation and subsequent approval.

Section 6: Prize Winner

12. Contact: The Promoter will contact the Prize Winners in writing within two (2) business days of the draw to confirm their eligibility under these terms and conditions and to confirm whether the Prize Winner wishes to claim their Prize. The names of the Prize Winners will also be published at https://all.accor.com/loyalty-program/promotions-offers/contest/owm014936-001-asia-dream-stay.en.shtml from 1 November 2022, for a minimum of 28 days.

13. Claim of Prize: If the Prize Winner wishes to claim their Prize, the Prize Winner must confirm this fact and their eligibility to win under these terms and conditions within three (3) months of the original draw date. If the Prize Winner fails to do so by the deadline, the Prize Winner will be deemed to have forfeited their Prize.

14. Redraw: Subject to applicable law, in the event that a Prize remains unclaimed, the Promoter will conduct a redraw, following the same procedure and format as set out under the Section 4 above. The redraw will take place at the same time and location as the original draw on 1 February 2023.

15. Redraw Winner: The names of the Prize Winner/s from any redraw will be notified in writing within 2 business days of the draw and their name/s will also be published at https://all.accor.com/loyalty-program/promotions-offers/contest/owm014936-001-asia-dream-stay.en.shtml from 8 February 2023, for a minimum of 28 days. In the event that the redrawn Prize Winner/s is not eligible, the Promoter will conduct a redraw until the Prize is awarded (subject to any further regulatory directions).

16. Winner Publicity: In accepting the Prize, the Prize Winner agrees to participate in any publicity arrangements made by or on the behalf of the Promoter. The Prize Winner further acknowledges that the Promoter reserves the right to publicise their name, address and photographs without any payment being made to them in respect of this Promotion.

Section 7: General Conditions

17. Lost, Delayed Communication: The Promoter will not be responsible for any delayed, lost or misdirected mail or any other communication.

18. Release: To the fullest extent permissible by law, each entrant in the Promotion including without limitation each Prize Winner, releases the Promoter from any claim, loss, damage, expense (including any claim for legal expenses), cost or charge sustained or in any way incurred by such entrant in connection with the Prize or their participation in the Promotion. The Promoter, its related bodies corporate, their officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, consequential and economic loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion, the promotion of this Promotion, or the use of any Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Further, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website, or any unauthorised intervention, or any combination thereof, including any non-delivery or corruption of entries to the Promoter, injury or damage to participants’ or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this Promotion. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.

19. Force Majeure: Subject to State legislation the Promoter will not be responsible for any act, omission, failure or delay by the Promoter that is due to an act of God, pandemic, riots, acts of terrorism, war, storms, fire, any labour or industrial dispute, any strike, and other acts, which are not reasonably within the control of the Promoter.

20. Disputes: In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

21. Privacy Notice: During the course of the Promotion, the Promoter may collect personal information in relation to entrants. This may include, but is not limited to, the names, email addresses, telephone numbers and credit card details of the entrants, provided by the entrant on the online enquiry form, registration form or when paying for services provided by the Participating Hotel. The entrant’s personal information is collected so the Promoter is able to conduct the Prize Draw and to contact and award the Prize to the Prize Winner, to publish the results of the Promotion and to publicise the Promotion.

22. Consent to use of Personal Information for Marketing Purposes: Furthermore, by entering this Promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the retention and use of the information collected pursuant to Clause 21 by the Promoter, which trades as Accor Asia Pacific and the Accor Group. For details about who we are, how we may use your information and what your rights are under the new privacy laws, please see our Privacy Policy, which is available from the Promoter at the address provided in Section 1, Clause 2 or online athttps://all.accor.com/information/legal/data-protection.en.shtml. Uses may include future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant, or distribution of marketing materials for goods or services in the tourism, hospitality and services industries from the Accor Group or from companies in the tourism and hospitality industry in which the Promoter holds shares.
