Accor Live Limitless (ALL) members save up to 25% on breakfast and non-breakfast inclusive rates and earn 250 bonus points. The offer is only available for booking tonight 6 PM to 8 AM Brasilia time (August 24 – 25).

I cannot check the rates under this offer as it goes live later today. Also, the terms state that the bonus points part is only available for ALL members residing in South America, but I doubt this would be the case.
The rate is prepaid at the time of booking but is cancelable or amendable by contacting the hotel. Check the rate rules.
Conclusion
These South America sales are sometimes great, but the booking window is only 14 hours. The deal works best for those who are already in the region.

7. Within this offer, a stay is understood as one (1) reservation by an ALL – Accor Live Limitless member, regardless of the number of rooms included in the reservation. A member’s reservation for multiple rooms will only count as one (1) stay. Reward and Status points are credited from the first check-out date.
This means that an ALL – Accor Live Limitless member will earn points and eligible nights for the first stay.
8. To be eligible for the offer, all accommodation must be booked through Accor distribution channels (Accor websites, Accor ALL apps, ALL reservation center, hotels) and traditional travel agencies using a GDS automatically connected to Accor. Therefore, you will not take advantage of this offer if your accommodation is booked through a reseller, tour operator or third-party online travel agency (such as expedia.com, booking.com, etc.).
9. You must indicate your ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty card number at the time of booking and present it at the hotel reception upon check-in of your stay.
