Hilton recently opened its Conrad Los Angeles hotel, part of a greater LA downtown development.

Conclusion
You don’t often see what are essentially Bonus Points Packages with Hilton Honors, unlike with IHG and Marriott, which both push them hard.
At least you don’t have to book an inflated rate with Conrad Los Angeles, but don’t overpay for these points when discounted ones are available.
