Indonesia this week expanded its visa-on-arrival to additional 11 countries bringing the total number now to 86 that can enter this island nation without a prearranged visa.
International visitors need to be vaccinated (two jabs), go through a health check on arrival, and pay for a visa before going through immigration (the process can take hours).

Announcement from the Indonesian Government:
Conclusion
I believe that we are about to back to the usual number of visa-on-arrival countries, but there were previously countries outside of ASEAN that didn’t even require the VOA.
There have been issues with long lines when entering Indonesia (Sebastian and I witnessed this), and I hope that the government has dedicated enough resources to make the process smoother.
