Qantas and Accor launched a partnership in late 2021 (read more here) modeled after Accor’s deal with Air France-KLM.
There are occasional offers for Qantas or Accor ALL points, and now it’s Qantas’ turn to offer 250 points for linking accounts by December 15, 2022, and additional 250 points by staying once by January 31.

Qantas Frequent Flyers can earn points for Accor ALL stays and Accor ALL members points for Qantas flights, with some exceptions.
Conclusion
There is no downside for linking accounts with Qantas, but this only makes sense if you say with Accor in Asia-Pacific (stays elsewhere won’t earn Qantas points) or you want the free points.
The partnership with Air France-KLM is for stays worldwide.
