I am still getting the above message on my Hilton App and we are at 6th January and still nothing has updated.
Is it only me or are all customer still having to ‘Hang On’
You may know more than I do on this subject, please advise if you can.
Hilton’s app started to show this message on December 27/28, and it is already January 7, with no development.
Hilton Apps Have Removed Status Progress
You can check, however, your current status, including rollover nights from 2022, on Hilton’s website.
It correctly shows, at least for me, that I have 65 qualifying nights for 2023, of which 60 are rollovers.
I am unsure why Hilton continues to show the update message on the app when the data has been correct on the website since early this week.
Conclusion
It seems that Hilton takes roughly 5% of the year (two weeks) to calculate the status of Hilton Honors members in 2023, including rollover nights.
You would think this would be a relatively straightforward process that shouldn’t take more than a couple of hours overnight.
