There is more trouble brewing for TAP, the Portuguese flag carrier whose cabin crew last stroked for two days in December, resulting in hundreds of canceled flights.
The cabin crew has informed the airline that they plan to strike again, this time for seven days at the end of the month (January 25 – 31).
You can access TAP here.
The airline has made a proposal to the employees that will be voted on Thursday next week. If the proposal is not accepted, there are likely to be very few TAP flights for the last seven days of this month.
TAP is being restructured under EU approved 3.2B plan that includes slashing routes, employees, and wages.

Conclusion
I decided to post this as a warning if you are contemplating flying on TAP later this month. If the strike goes forward, most of the flights won’t operate, and good luck getting the airline to rebook.
Portugal is a lovely country, but their airline has become an utter mess (with often attractive fares).
