Honors members who failed to qualify for their status in 2022 can renew the existing Silver, Gold, or Diamond tier through March 31, 2024, by staying ONCE between January 1 – March 31, 2023, and even award stay qualify.

This staying once and renewing your status for another 12 months is a very generous offer, and it makes me wonder if Marriott feels that they need to offer something similar for Bonvoy members as a response.
